When to call it

From the 10, and for the 2-point try.

Tap a player to see just their job on the field.

• QBQuarterback — PasserPick a side. Watch that side's corner defender: if they sit on the hitch, throw the corner. If they run with the corner, throw the hitch.
• XOutside left — Hitch, leftRun 4 yards, stop, turn back to the QB.
• AInside left — Corner, leftRun 6 yards, then angle for the back left corner of the end zone.
• CCenter — Safety valveSnap, take one step into the rusher's path (hands at your sides), then pop out to 4 yards and turn around.
• YInside right — Corner, rightRun 6 yards, then angle for the back right corner of the end zone.
• ZOutside right — Hitch, rightRun 4 yards, stop, turn back to the QB.
• HFlex — Swing, leftSwing out to the left behind the line. Check-down if the rusher gets close.

Keys to making it work

• Corner routes: aim for the back corner of the end zone and look over your outside shoulder.
• Hitch: turn around at 4 yards, then get your body across the goal line after the catch.
